  • Turnover averaged NPR 5.00 billion a session over 18 sessions, up 21% on August 2026.
  • Commercial banks had the strongest equal-weight return, +5.9%; Investment the weakest, −5.5%.
  • In the 63 sessions to 8 October 2026, the top 46 of 451 traded securities took 54.4% of turnover.

Method and downloads

All figures on this page come from NEPSE's security-level daily trading records, loaded nightly. Our summed turnover matches NEPSE's published daily market turnover on every one of the 224 sessions where both are available. Full-market records in our database begin on 9 June 2025; an earlier, partial segment is excluded.
